This project showcases I-Material’s expertise in executing highly complex, large-scale, and luxurious architectural features for a Grand Opera house. The work encompasses three major elements: a technologically advanced Acoustic Dome, a massive Vaulted Skylight, and a towering Golden Murano Glass Wall.
This skylight is a commanding architectural element designed to flood the interior space with natural light while meeting stringent requirements for energy efficiency and structural stability. The skylight space an impressive area of approximately 700 square meters, forming a grand, vaulted canopy.
It is fitted with 45mm thick, low-emissivity (Low-E), high-quality glass, this robust specification ensures: energy efficiency to minimize heat transfer which regulate the indoor temperature and reducing energy consumption, safety and durability. The structure utilizes an intricate metal and glass solution with highly detailed, ornate framework, integrating seamlessly with the building’s classical aesthetic.
